Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp oat fiber
- 1 Tbsp All Purpose Baking Blend
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp xantham gum
- 1/2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup unsweetened nut milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, mix until smooth
- Pour contents onto heated, lightly sprayed griddle, smooth out with back of spoon using circular motion.
- Cook 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.

This is a tasty, light pancake. Perfect for a LF meal!.. I added 1/4 t. pumpkin pie spice and stuffed it with spinach (cause I love getting my spinach in). Easy and Yummy! 😉
