Requires blender with soup mode
Ingredients
- 12 oz unsweetened nut milk
- 1/2 a medium baked sweet potato about 1 cup
- 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup frozen diced okra
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp Gelatin not collagen
- 2 Tbsp CWSM
- 1 pinch mineral salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in high speed blender on soup mode- process through cycle.
- If mixture is too thick after blending add an additional 1/4 cup nut milk
