A salted caramel apple topping that you can eat by itself, or use it to topping for desserts like my Oatmeal Bake (C).
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Nutiva buttery coconut oil
- 1 medium apple
- 1/3 cup SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- 2 tsp caramel extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Peel, core and chop the apple into thin pieces
- Place pan on stove over high heat, add oil
- Once heated add all ingredients and mix well. Let cook on high for 5 minutes stirring consistently, then lower heat to low and let cook 5-10 more minutes until sauce thickens.
