A simple yet flavorful protein to pair with any side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground chicken
- 1/2 Tbsp SweetEs Flavor Smack seasoning
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 Tbsp diced scallions
Instructions
- Place chicken in skillet over medium high heat. Break up pieces with spoon, then add Flavor Smack mixing well to incorporate
- Cook for 5 minutes then add in salt and onions, mixing well. Cook an additional five minutes.
