Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp vanilla ghee -can use butter +2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
  • 1 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1/2 tsp caramel extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp blackstrap molasses optional
  • 1/8 tsp mineral salt
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1/8 tsp glucomannan

Instructions

  • Place first 4 ingredients in saucepan over medium heat.
  • Whisk until fully incorporated
  • Turn heat down to low.
  • Add next four ingredients - continue whisking until mixed- let cook for 3 minutes
  • Turn heat up to high, add water and bring to a rolling boil- then add gluccie whisking briskly to fully incorporate.
  • Continue whisking on high heat for one minute, then lower to medium low, and cook another 3-4 minutes allowing sweetener to caramelize.
  • Remove from heat. Store in mason jar.
