Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp vanilla ghee -can use butter +2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar with the mother
- 1/2 tsp caramel extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp blackstrap molasses optional
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1/8 tsp glucomannan
Instructions
- Place first 4 ingredients in saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk until fully incorporated
- Turn heat down to low.
- Add next four ingredients - continue whisking until mixed- let cook for 3 minutes
- Turn heat up to high, add water and bring to a rolling boil- then add gluccie whisking briskly to fully incorporate.
- Continue whisking on high heat for one minute, then lower to medium low, and cook another 3-4 minutes allowing sweetener to caramelize.
- Remove from heat. Store in mason jar.
