Savory, herby muffins that are low fuel, healthy and delish!
Ingredients
- 1 cup SweetEs All Purpose Baking Blend can use THM
- 1/2 tsp mineral salt
- 2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp SweetEs Fusion Sweet comparable to gentle sweet
- 3/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp MCT oil
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to mixing bowl. Mix well with mixing spoon or spatula
- Scoop even amounts of batter into 12 cup muffin tin (I use silicone)
- Bake at 350 20-25 minutes
