Warm comforting and perfectly creamy. These oats are a perfect breakfast addition to any breakfast. Eat them alone or pair them with egg whites, sprouted toast and some veggies, for a complete gentle carb meal. You can also pair this with whole eggs and a bread in a mug, along with my Popeye’s Cup of Joe, for a healthy fat based meal.
Ingredients
- 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup ground oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp sweetEs Fusion Sweet
- 1 pinch of mineral salt
Instructions
- Place milk in saucepan over medium heat.
- Just as milk begins to boil, add oats and whisk in to combine
- Add vanilla, sweetener and salt, continue whisking to keep from clumping.
- Cook 3-5 minutes, remove from heat and serve immediately.
