Ingredients
- 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 4 oz water
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup diced frozen okra
- 1 tsp pineapple extract (If THM use 1/2 tsp)
- 1 tsp banana extract (If THM use 1/2 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 3-4 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 1 scoop whey protein isolate
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except whey and ice in high speed blender - process on purée mode (1:40)
- Add balance of ingredients- process on smoothie mode(50 seconds).
