Wanted a bun ‘cause I thought I wanted a sandwich. Ending up eating just half, but here’s the bun, with practically zero carbs!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil melted
- 2 Tbsp SweetEs Slimming Blend
- 1 tsp SweetEs Fusion Sweet
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 pinch mineral salt salt
- 1 egg room temperature
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in wide shallow bowl.
- Mix well using a spoon until combined.
- Scrape sides down with small spatula
- Nuke for 45-60 seconds
- Let cool for a few minutes, carefully remove from bowl and slice in half.
- Toast if desired.
