Thanks for the recipe. Is this a fuel pull on its own?
Yes it is.
Elena, can you give me some ideas on how to use this please. Both in the dry rub form and the coconut milk version. TYIA
I haven’t yet used this as a dry rub, but I have a number of beverages under Quenchers that use it. Nitey Nite Tonic, Green Velvet Latte, Super Power Nog, Big Healthy Blast, Golden Kefir to name a few.
I have been using this all week!!! It is great!!! I have used it in cottage cheese, eggs, coffee, tea and will continue to use it. I started with a amount (1/4 tsp) , then increased. It is not overpowering in taste but I feel is energizing. Thank you, Elena. You are encouraging!
Glad your experimenting and finding uses for all these great superfoods! Good for you!
I add this to Pearl’s Hit The Spot hot chocolate- so good!
