Warm and comforting, who doesn’t like soup? Especially when it’s full bodied but guilt free! This is a versatile soup that you can have 3 ways fuel wise.
- Eat as is in LF mode
- Serve over brown rice, or pair with 4 light rye Wasa crackers for C
- Top with 1/2 medium avocado and a dollop of sour cream for F
Just add fuel and enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp mineral salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp chili lime seasoning can use chili powder plus 1 T lime juice
- 1/4 tsp chipotle pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 packets Sazon tropical con culantro y achiote in international isle
- 10 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 16 oz chicken broth
- 2 cups or riced cauliflower ok if frozen
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Brown ground beef to render all fat, then rinse well under hit water.
- 2. Return to pot and season with all dry seasonings
- 3. Add all other ingredients, mix well and simmer for 20 minutes.
