Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp grass fed butter
- 1/4 cup SweetEs Fusion Sweet
- Pinch of mineral salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- Add butter and sweetener to skillet, over medium high heat.
- Stir til melted..about 2 minutes.
- Add vanilla, mix to incorporate cook an additional minute.
- Add coconut flakes, mix into mixture to be sure it’s well coated. Do this quickly as it will begin to brown fast and can easily burn. After one minute, remove from heat.
- Pour contents onto parchment paper, form into a large square and press flat using a spatula.
- Place in freezer to harden. Cut into 6 pieces.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
