Blackened Tilapia (LF) ​

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Nutiva buttery coconut oil
  • 3 tilapia filets I used frozen that defrosted
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp mineral salt
  • 1/4 tsp creole seasonings
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Place frying pan on stove with 1 tsp of oil to heat over medium high heat.
  • Place filets in dish in single layer. Pour apple cider vinegar over filets, turning to coat both sides.
  • Season with all seasonings on both sides.
  • Drop filets carefully into hot pan. Pour acv from dish into pan. Cook 2 minutes per side.
  • Remove from heat. Drizzle with lemon juice if necessary.
