Brine

Instructions
Brine
Prepare brine in deep bowl - place breasts in brine making sure they’re fully covered.
Let sit in brine 25 minutes
Finishing
While chicken is brining, make a rub of seasonings - set aside
At the 20 minute mark of brining, place heavy skillet on stove over medium heat - add butter and buttery coconut oil- allow to heat but not burn
Remove chicken from brine, slice each breast in half to butterfly it- rub both sides with seasonings.
Place into heated skillet , cook 10 minutes per side until cooked through.
