Ingredients

  • 2 c chopped greens (can be lettuce, spring mix or kale)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped red bell pepper
  • 3 inches of thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 2 hard boiled eggs-sliced/diced
  • 2 slices cooked sugar free bacon chopped

Instructions

  • Assemble your salad stuff
  • Top with bacon and eggs
  • Drizzle with my SweetEs Creamy Chipotle Dressing
  • Add freshly ground black pepper if desired.
