Gotta Have it Lava Cake (EFB)

Ingredients
- 1 oz Bakers chocolate 4 squares
- 1 Tbsp grassfed butter or coconut oil I used butter flavored coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp instant coffee granules optional
- 1 Tbsp hydrolyzed collagen peptides
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Put chocolate, butter & coconut oil in microwave safe bowl - nuke for 30 seconds til melted - mix well -
- add next 5 ingredients mix well
- Add egg mix well
- Microwave for 60 seconds
- Alternately, put in 2 small ramekins or and bake at 350 for 10 minutes
- Makes one large single serving cake, or 2 small cakes
