Arroz con Mango y Limon (C) ​

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz pouch of microwave brown rice Birdseye frozen
  • 1/2 can Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 c Pace picante sauce
  • 2 cans white meat chicken or 12oz cooked white meat chicken
  • 1/2 c diced mango
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Adobo seasonings
  • 1/4 tsp mineral salt
  • Juice from a lime or lemon 4 tablespoons
  • zest of lime or lemon
  • 2 Tbsp dice poblano or jalapeño peppers optional

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in saucepan over medium heat, mix to incorporate flavors.
  • Heat for 5-10 minutes.
