skinless boneless chicken cut into 1” pieces
Butter Sauce

canned coconut milk
Instructions
Add all marinade ingredients to bowl, mix to combine, then add chicken pieces.
Let marinate for one hour up to 24 hours
Place butter and coconut oil in large frying pan over medium high heat.
Add onions, and cumin seed sauté for 5 minutes
Add chicken pieces, along with marinade, sauté another 5 minutes.
Add all other sauce ingredients- mix well, cover and continue cooking 15-20 minutes.
Serve over cauliflower rice if desired.
