Ingredients

unsweetened nut milk

spinach
loosely packed of fresh frozen, I buy fresh and freeze

old fashioned rolled oats - ground into flour
I keep this made in a container

aluminum free baking powder

vanilla extract

Instructions
Place milk and spinach in high speed blender, purée until smooth. I use purée feature on my DASH blender
Mix all dry ingredients in small bowl
Pour milk and spinach mixture into saucepan over medium heat.
Add dry stuff to liquid- whisking quickly to combine and smooth out any lumps.
Add extracts - whisk while cooking for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
