Spray large skillet with cooking spray, place over medium low heat
Cut chicken into 1”chunks, add to heated skillet, then add all seasonings, except salsa and mix well.
Turn heat up to high for about 4-5 minutes to lightly brown pieces, on both sides, then reduce heat and add salsa.
Allow meat to cook stirring frequently, until fully cooked, about 10 minutes
While meat is cooking prepare your condiments.
Chop lettuce or cabbage, diced tomatoes, and if desired you may add cheese and avocado to make this an F.
To serve, crisp a low carb tortilla in pan sprayed in cooking spray. Load with chicken, chopped veggies and top with my Sour Cream Dressing.
Alternately, serve on a bed of shredded cabbage instead of tortilla
