Coconut White Balsamic Salmon (EFB) ​

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp palm oil
  • 3-4 oz salmon filet
  • 1 Tbsp coconut white balsamic vinegar Teaoli brand
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp of mineral salt
  • 1/4 tsp herbes de Provence seasonings can use Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Sprinkle of black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
  • Once oil is hot add salmon filet
  • Pour vinegar over salmon, then add salt, pepper and seasonings.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip to seasoned side- let cook another 2 minutes
  • Serve seasoned side up
