Tbsp palm oil
3-4
oz
salmon filet
1
Tbsp
coconut white balsamic vinegar
Teaoli brand
1
Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1/8
tsp
of mineral salt
1/4
tsp
herbes de Provence seasonings
can use Italian seasoning
1/4
tsp
garlic powder
Sprinkle
of black pepper
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
Once oil is hot add salmon filet
Pour vinegar over salmon, then add salt, pepper and seasonings.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip to seasoned side- let cook another 2 minutes
Serve seasoned side up
