Instructions
Place all ingredients except whey, and ice in high speed blender.
Purée for 1:40
All last two ingredients- blend for 30 seconds on high.
Notes
••To make as porridge:
Omit ice, then add all ingredients except collagen and whey to high speed blender.
Process on soup mode for 4 minutes.
Add whey and collagen without stopping blender. Process 1 additional minute -(5 minutes total).
