of butter or coconut oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 475.
Coat each side of tortilla with 1/4 teaspoon of oil
Sprinkle each side with 1/2 tablespoon sweetener
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Bake at 475 for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven, cut into wedges using a pizza cutter
Sprinkle with a light pinch of salt if desired.
