canned black beans- liquid included

diced cauliflower
Instructions
Place all diced veggies and oil in saucepan over low heat. Cover and allow veggies to sweat for 20 minutes. This brings out the flavor
Add all other ingredients, stir, cover and cook 10 more minutes.
If using frozen cauliflower, you may need to drain your “rice” when done.
