can tomato paste

lemon juice
(I use fresh, bottled is ok)

Instructions
Rinse and season chicken with all dry seasonings.
Heat large skillet or pot, over med high heat, then add oil.
Add chicken and brown, about 10 minutes, turning at the halfway point.
Add all other ingredients, stir, well to dissolve tomato paste then cover.
Turn heat to low, and let simmer 35 minutes, til done.
Serve over brown rice for a yummy crossover, or over cauliflower rice, to stay in healthy fats mode.
