Decadent Chocolate Cake (F)

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp SweetEs All Purpose baking blend
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 3/4 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- 2 Tbsp strong coffee
- 2 Tbsp Nutiva buttery coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
- Combine all dry ingredients in bowl...whisk to mix
- Add wet ingredient..mix well. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes
- Divide mixture evenly over 3 ramekins or mason jars, sprayed with cooking spray.
- ~If your jars are tall and narrow, fill 1/3 of the way and bake for 20 minutes
- ~If your jars are wide and short, fill halfway and bake for 15 minutes.
- Top with SweetEs Lite Chocolate Ganache
