Ingredients

  • 10 oz unsweetened nut milk
  • 4 oz water
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cut okra
  • 1 Tbsp Super Powder Blend
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp SweetEs Fusion Sweet
  • 1 Tbsp buttery coconut oil
  • 1 pinch mineral salt
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients, except last two, in high speed blender. Process on purée mode (1:40) until smooth
  • Add last two ingredients, process on smoothie mode (50 seconds).
