Ingredients

precooked chicken breast

sour cream

jar La Victoria green salsa
mild

can of diced green chiles

diced scallions

mineral salt

tsp
garlic powder

shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

8 count low carb tortillas
6 net carbs or less
Instructions
Shred precooked chicken into bowl
Add all other ingredients except cheese and mix well
Add half of the cheese to filling mixture -mix in to combine - reserve other half of cheese
Spoon about 3 Tbsp of mixture of not each tortilla, roll and place into 9x 9 pan. Repeat process until all tortillas are rolled and on pan.
Scrape balance of filling on top of rolled tortillas - spread out to cover- then top with balance of cheese
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
