THM pineapple extract

SweetEs All Purpose baking blend
(Can use THM baking blend)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Place eggs whites, eggs, and xanthan gum, in blender, blend til thick and fluffy, about 1 minute
Add all other wet ingredients- blend 1 minute
Add all dry ingredients, blend until fully incorporated- about 2 minutes
Grease a glass loaf pan with about 2 tsp of melted buttery coconut oil. Pour batter into baking pan, bake 45-50 minutes at 350.
