Ingredients

whey protein isolate
unflavored (I use Piping Rock)
1/2
cup
SweetEs slimming blend

oat fiber

aluminum free baking powder

mineral salt

SweetEs fusion sweet
(can use gentle sweet)

xanthan gum

Nutiva buttery coconut oil
melted

unsweetened almond milk
-nuked for 30 seconds

apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients in mixing bowl- whisk well
Mix coconut oil and egg into dough, using fork or spatula, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add nut milk and acv, mix to combine
Let sit 10 minutes
Place 12 equal sized mounds on parchment lined cookie sheet
Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Oven temps vary...yours may need a bit more time
Notes
For a nut free option, you can use coconut milk, but this takes it out of the EFB category.
