Instructions
Place almond flour and flax meal in dry frying pan over medium high heat. Stir to combine.
Toast mixture by stirring frequently until golden brown (about 4 minutes) - do not leave unattended.
Remove from heat and pour into bowl.
Add sweetener and salt, mix to combine.
Add butter and cut into mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Press into pie plate or cupcake liners. Refrigerate for 30 minutes til set. Crust is now ready for whatever you want!
