bay leaves

chopped bell pepper

medium zucchini- sliced

riced cauliflower
Instructions
Place meatballs in microwave safe dish, nuke for 3 minutes
While meatballs are nuking, place broth, seasonings and bay leaves in saucepan over medium heat
Add meatballs, peppers and zucchini. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add riced cauliflower cook an additional 5 minutes
