Ingredients

  • 6 frozen Italian meatballs
  • 16 oz beef or bone broth
  • 2 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp adobo seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp mineral salt
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 medium zucchini- sliced
  • 1-2 cups riced cauliflower

Instructions

  • Place meatballs in microwave safe dish, nuke for 3 minutes
  • While meatballs are nuking, place broth, seasonings and bay leaves in saucepan over medium heat
  • Add meatballs, peppers and zucchini. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add riced cauliflower cook an additional 5 minutes
