Place first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl. Using hand mixer, mix on medium, til creamy (about a minute)
Add next 4 ingredients, mix until just combined
Add eggs and baking powder, mix until combined
Add flour, mix on low until fully combined
Scoop mixture into paper lined muffin tins
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
While cupcakes are baking, dice berries, add sweetener and set aside
Remove cupcakes from oven, allow to cool.
Once fully cooled, frost with butter cream frosting, then top with diced sweetened berries.
