Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mug. Nuke 1-2 minutes until done
alternately, you can bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes til done.
Notes
Options and Alterations:
This is a basic recipe, that you can alter this in many ways.
Add vanilla & cinnamon plus more sweetener to make it sweet.
Add garlic, Italian seasonings, rosemary, thyme, or any herbs of your choice to make it savory.
You can nuke or bake this in a square bowl, then spray a grill pan with cooking spray, slice bread carefully in half and toast as as pictured.
