Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk I used cashew
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup fresh/frozen spinach I buy fresh bags and freeze
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/8 tsp mineral salt
  • 2-3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet (adjust to your taste)

Instructions

  • Add first four ingredients to high speed blender. Use purée setting to completely pulverize. Your end result should be a smooth green milk.
  • Add green milk to saucepan over medium heat, add balance of ingredients and whisk until thickened- about three minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
