unsweetened nut milk - heated to just warm
not hot

melted buttery coconut oil

beaten egg
Instructions
Turn oven on to 450, spray oven safe pan (cast iron is best) with cooking spray and place empty pan in oven. Allow to heat while making bread mixture
Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.
Add in warm milk and oil and mix until incorporated.
Add beaten egg last and mix until smooth
Remove pan from oven, reduce temperature to 350, and leave oven door open-this is an important step to cool your oven down
Scrape batter into hot pan, then smooth out with spatula to edges
Place in oven - close door then bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. © Elena Córdoba
