Instructions
Make brine by combining ingredients and mixing well. Set aside
Wash, peel, and cut radish into desired shape. I opted for sticks like French fries.
Place radish in bowl with 1 Tbsp salt. Rub well, the let sit for 15 minutes.
Drain and rinse radish after 15 minutes
Place radish in pint sized mason jar, cover with brine, refrigerate for 24 hours. Store in fridge for up to one month.
