Instructions
Placed chopped apples and nut milk in high speed blender, purée until smooth.
Add protein powder, blend until just mixed.
Pour blended liquid into mixing bowl
Add all other ingredients, mix well.
Spoon mixture onto lightly sprayed, hot griddle- cook 4-5 minutes per side.
