chopped/crushed pecans

slivered almonds

shredded unsweetened coconut
Instructions
Heat oil in large skillet over Med high heat.
Add pecans and almonds, stir to coat
Add all other ingredients except coconut. Toast while tossing for 3-4 minutes
Add coconut mix in to combine, toast and additional 2-3 minutes
Remove from heat, pour onto a parchment lined cookie sheet to cool. If you leave in pan it will continue cooking and toasting.
