Salted Caramel Crunch Topping (F)

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp buttery coconut oil
  • 1 cup chopped/crushed pecans
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup SweetEs Fusion Sweet
  • 1/2 tsp mineral salt
  • 2 tsp caramel extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  • Heat oil in large skillet over Med high heat.
  • Add pecans and almonds, stir to coat
  • Add all other ingredients except coconut. Toast while tossing for 3-4 minutes
  • Add coconut mix in to combine, toast and additional 2-3 minutes
  • Remove from heat, pour onto a parchment lined cookie sheet to cool. If you leave in pan it will continue cooking and toasting.
  • Top your favorite cupcake or dessert and enjoy!
