Coconut oil for frying.
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl until we’ll combined
Pour oil in pan -over medium heat on stove
Using cookie scoop, drop 6 mounds in pan and press flat with spatula (you might need to this in two batches)
Cook each side about 2-3 minutes.
Top with Pickled Pepper Syrup if desired
