Squashokra Bisque (EFB) ​

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti squash
  • 1/2 cup frozen diced okra
  • 1/2 cup frozen multi colored bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp mineral salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in high speed blender, use soup mode if you have it.
  • If not, blend until smooth then place on stovetop over medium low heat for 15-20 minutes
