SweetEs Lite Chocolate Ganache (LF)

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1 tsp MCT oil or buttery coconut oil
- Generous pinch of mineral salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp matcha powder optional
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in saucepan over medium low heat
- Whisk until smooth- about 5 minutes.
- Store in mason jar in fridge
