3/4cuphydrolyzed collagen peptides(can replace 1/4 c with whey protein isolate)
1/4cupflax meal(if you have seeds just grind them)
1/3cupground psyllium husk powder(if you have whole flakes just grind them)
1/2Tbspgluccomannan or xantham gum
Instructions
Whir in blender or food processor to combine. Store in tightly sealed container
This blend is denser than my All purpose blend, due to the necessary changes. Because coconut flour expands quite a bit, and sucks up a lot of moisture, you may need to use slightly less, (3/4 cup instead of a cup in a recipe). You will also want to let any batter "rest" for 5-10 minutes prior to baking. This allows the flours to rehydrate.

This is a Fuel Pull blend--Based on 1/4 C servings
Each serving has 1 gram of fat and 1 net carb (technically you can double it and still be in FP range).
