grated zucchini
equivalent 1 medium

grated sweet potato
equivalent 1 medium
1/2
c
sprouted spelt flour*
1/2
c
sprouted rye flour*

Tbsp
aluminum free baking powder

mineral salt

SweetEs fusion sweet

of almond extract

vanilla extract

liquid cinnamon extract or 2 teaspoons powder

Instructions
Put squash and sweet potato in food processor..process until the pieces looked grated (or grate by hand)
In separate bowl, add all dry ingredients whisk well to combine
Add wet ingredients to bowl, mix well.
Add sweet potato squash mixture to bowl, mix until incorporated.
*can use 1 cup of any sprouted flour - spelt, rye, or wheat..in place of two 1/2 cups
Pour mixture evenly into well of sprayed muffin tin.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
