  • 1 Tbsp liquid aminos
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Season steak on both sides with all dry seasonings.
  • Mix liquid seasoning in small bowl, then pour over steak
  • Let stake marinade for 15 minutes
  • Preheat oven to 400– now, skip to step 9 below
  • Add oil to large oven proof grill pan, then place on stove over high heat
  • When pan is hot, just before smoking point, add steak to pan and sear about 3 minutes, then pour remaining marinade over top.
  • Flip steak over, then place in oven for 5-7 minutes, if you like your steak well done. Remove from oven, place in platter, then let rest for 10-15 minutes. Reserve juices in pan — Now go to step 12 below
  • If you prefer it medium to medium well, just cook on stovetop about 2 minutes per side, and skip the oven altogether.
  • Prepare your sprouts.
  • While steak is marinating, peel off the top layer of leaves from each sprout, cut stem off, then cut each one into thirds.
  • Place your prepared sprouts in bowl then add all seasonings. Now go back to Step 5 above.
  • Place seasoned sprouts into pan used to cook steak and coat pieces in steak juices. Layer pieces in single layer in pan, increase oven to 450
  • Roast for 10 minutes, then flip pieces over and roast an additional 5 minutes.
