Ingredients

  • 12 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cut okra
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese (I use Daisy)
  • 2 Tbsp baobab powder
  • 1/4 tsp Moringa powder
  • 1/4 tsp ashwaghanda powder
  • 1/2 tsp glucomannan
  • 1/4 cup SweetEs fusion sweet start with less if you like it less sweet- add as needed
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 1/4 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate
  • 1-2 cups of ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except whey and ice in high speed blender
  • Purée till smooth (1:40 in a Dash blender)
  • Add whey & ice blend another 30 seconds on high.
