Place chicken I large bowl, add brine ingredients, adding enough water to fully cover chicken pieces. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes up to overnight.
Drain chicken in colander, return pieces to bowl and add all seasonings listed. Rub seasonings into chicken being sure all pieces are coated.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
Cook chicken, uncovered, approximately 5 minutes per side
Turn heat down, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, depending on size of wings.
Remove from heat, serve with your favorite side dish.
