Ingredients

  • 12 oz unsweetened nut milk coconut from the carton-not can- is ideal here
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats raw
  • 1/2 cup frozen diced okra
  • 3 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • 2 Tbsp hydrolyzed collagen peptides
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper not optional
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne optional
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in high-speed blender on soup mode. Process until complete.
  • If mixture is too thick after blending add an additional 1/4 cup nut milk

Notes

If you don’t have soup mode, blend until smooth, then finish stove top, but only cook for a few minutes or it will become edible, not drinkable.
