Zesty Cilantro Dressing (LF)

Ingredients
- 4 inches of peeled cucumber - roughly chopped
- 1/2 bunch cilantro - rough chopped
- 1/2 seeded jalapeño use more or less according to your tolerance
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp SweetEs fusion sweet
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in in high speed blender or food processor- process til smooth.
- Store in Mason jar in fridge up to one week.
