Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pouch of microwave brown rice Birdseye frozen
- 1/2 can Rotel diced tomatoes
- 1/4 c Pace picante sauce
- 2 cans white meat chicken or 12oz cooked white meat chicken
- 1/2 c diced mango
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp Adobo seasonings
- 1/4 tsp mineral salt
- Juice from a lime or lemon 4 tablespoons
- zest of lime or lemon
- 2 Tbsp dice poblano or jalapeño peppers optional
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in saucepan over medium heat, mix to incorporate flavors.
- Heat for 5-10 minutes.
